I used acrylic for my next to final project in my first painting class, I didn't have the money for the required oil paints so I did my best with some old Acrylics I've had for a few years.

We could do whatever we wanted, so I chose to draw a Greater Kudu (because they're just so beautiful), and a tiger of some indescriminate species. I think originaly I wanted to make my tiger a sumatran but that just wasn't working out :P so he got to be a generic tiger instead.

I'm not sure what I did to do so decently for this particular painting, but I haven't been able to do it again. I really wish I could revisit the method I'd used to make the paints come out so smooth.

Now this painting resides in the house of two of my friends who bought it at the Oklacon auction last year.
